Double A Service Group provides professional home maintenance services including, but not limited to, Air Duct Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning, Chimney Cleaning, Rain Gutters Cleaning, Gutters Installation, and HVAC UV Light Purifier Installation (collectively, the “Services”). All Services are performed by our trained and certified technicians.
2. Service Scheduling and Quotes
Quotes: All quotes provided by Double A Service Group, whether through our website’s contact form or over the phone, are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may vary depending on the scope of the work assessed on-site.
Scheduling: When you schedule a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, address, and contact details. You also agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas of your property required for our technicians to perform the Services.
3. Payments
Payment is due in full upon completion of the Services, unless otherwise arranged in a written agreement. We accept various forms of payment, which will be specified at the time of service.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. We request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Customer Responsibilities
For the safety and efficiency of our technicians, you agree to:
Ensure the work area is accessible.
Secure any pets in a separate area during the service appointment.
Inform our technicians of any known pre-existing damage or hazardous conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Double A Service Group takes the utmost care in performing all Services, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to ductwork, vents, chimneys, gutters, or HVAC systems. Our liability for any damages arising from our work is limited to the total amount paid for the Service. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our Service, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment. We will discuss the issue with you and take reasonable steps to address your concerns.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
